3M™ Primer 94 is an adhesion promoter for use in conjunction with 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes, automotive restyling vinyl, vehicle graphics and wraps. Helps protect vinyl against lifting when used for vehicle graphics, stripes and wraps.
